The VCC Compensation Survey™
This chemical/petrochemical industry survey is specifically designed for members of the Various Chemical Companies (VCC) located in Louisiana or Texas. The Survey is now closed, with the most recent publication released in January 2025.
The survey includes:
- A full report of multiple compensation reports for 122 positions (80 Exempt Positions, 13 Non-Exempt Positions, and 29 Non-Exempt Hourly Positions) by three geographical regions, union/non-union, and VCC specific data.
- Prevalence of benefits, salary administration, Operator, I&E, Mechanic and Lab progression, pay practices and more, plus an Executive Summary.
The VCC Compensation Survey™ is a closed survey and is NOT sold to non-participants. The information submitted is used to administer the study. Personal information is not released to any other party.
